“No one ever tells you just how stressful and complex planning your wedding can be. My Wife and I quickly found this out earlier in the year as we prepared for our special day. Fortunately for us we had Abbey Catering and Events in our corner! From the moment that we hit the ground running, Abbey Catering was with us every step of the way. From our first fantastic contact with Will, to locking in our awesome DJ Abel, to Megan and Chuck doing just a stellar job planning and coordinating the entire event A-Z, our Gorgeous wedding day was nothing short of phenomenal. Not only were we blown away by the clear and helpful communication, but this team absolutely knows what they are doing in their industry and it shows in their kindness, Care and consideration and attention to detail! They even stepped in to save the day when our initial reception venue had complications and we had to relocate. The food was so delicious, the bar was amazing and kept the party going, and the music and event space truly blew any of our expectations out of the water. From the bottom of our hearts, we are so incredibly grateful for the team at Abby catering and would highly recommend them to any couples looking for an event company to handle such an important day. The booking process was seamless, and he worked with us to create a custom menu that fit our theme. We chose a mix of passed appetizers, and a plated dinner. The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Not only was the food delicious,the pricing was fair for the quality, and there were no unexpected costs. “From the beginning AnyThyme Catering was incredibly easy to work with. Jolene was quick to respond to emails and easy to set up our tasting with. Once we met Chef Lyss and Jolene in person( and tasted their food) we knew we wanted them for our wedding. They are clearly passionate about what they do and genuinely care about making their clients day stress free and a great experience. We chose their American BBQ menu for our 130-person wedding and it did not disappoint! Their team showed up on time and worked seamlessly with our wedding planner to keep everything running smoothly. Our guests raved about the food and loved the charcuterie boards during cocktail hour. The complimentary water and tea station is such a nice touch and was appreciated. we also didn't end up with tons of leftovers which speaks to the efficiency of their planning. “Jolas Kitchen catered at our wedding on December 27th. I cannot say enough good things about Chef Jola, she was so communicative, and made excellent recommendations and suggestions, which was so helpful to me as a first time bride who had never planned such a large event before. We were absolutely blown away by the presentation, and the care and attentiveness of chef Jola and her team. I have never worked with such thoughtful and kind caterers, they really thought of everything and made the night such a wonderful and stress free experience for us. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved everything, from the Beef Suya (my personal favorite) to the Cole Slaw, to the Jollof and Meat Pies, and the Puff Puff. A lot of brides don’t eat much on their wedding day, but I cleaned my whole plate and even took some home with me. Highly recommend!”
