I have been baking for 10+ years, and been in business for 5 years. What started off as a hobby turned into my greatest passion. Have you ever had a late night craving but didn’t want to hate yourself in the morning? Have you ever thought to yourself, “why can’t there be a food that’s tasty, satisfying and healthy ”? My philosophy in life is why can’t I eat what I want and still feel good about what I put in my body. In the Spring of 2013, I had a craving, an idea to make myself a crepe, made from only the best ingredients: whole grain wheat, buckwheat, and fresh fruit, topped with a slight indulgence of Nutella. After a few tweaks to make it my own, I had the perfect recipe and the perfect taste!

Creating the perfect sweet moment starts with a commitment to using the finest ingredients available. Being located on the East End of Long Island allows access to a plentiful array of fresh, local, and delicious ingredients. Quality matters too, which is why each ingredient is tested and hand selected to create the perfect dessert. My goal is to provide you with confections that will create a lasting impression.
