Mark is the genius behind the food and everything they served for our wedding reception was farm to table fresh and amazing. From the wood fired scallops and local oysters, to the whole roasted striped bass and beef brisket everything was mouth wateringly good. Sally is the Event Manager and Crew Chief and was the coordinator extraordinaire for our wedding. Their business model of caterer/coordinator made pulling off a tented wedding for 115 guests (and without a wedding planner) so much easier than it would have been doing it alone. Sally guided me, my fiancee, and my mom through all of the big decisions (menu, tent & lighting, table & linens, portable bathrooms, cake, florist, etc.) with such ease it made hosting our wedding at home a much less daunting proposition.
