“From the first inquiry, John’s responses were quick and he answered any questions I had. Without us being sure about booking yet, he still offered a free menu tasting that we scheduled for the same week. Our families were even allowed to come. Everything was super professional. The food was amazing, very flavorful and cooked with love. John and his assistant Julie were very thorough explaining how things work, it’s clear they aren’t newbies to the wedding world. The passion and care they have towards the business and food is amazing; it helped sell us on picking them for our wedding. It is higher than our budget initially planned for, but we know the food and service will be top notch on our special day. Plus, they’ll be cooking the food outdoors on live fire. That takes skill!”
