I'm Loryn, the storyteller behind the camera! My background and experience as a professional photographer will allow you to simply enjoy the fairy tale day you’ve always dreamed of while trusting your story is being creatively and beautifully written in photos. In high school I took a film photography course that ignited my love for capturing magical moments with a camera. I've been working professionally since 2017. It's this passion for preserving memories to last a lifetime which inspires my documentary style photography that uniquely tells the story of your day.

Kin is the hot spot for bashes big and small. Situated in a former shipping warehouse at the edge of Rochester’s historic NOTA district, our event space is open and modern, with intriguing hints of its industrial past. We welcome parties of all sizes, for any occasion. To accommodate all styles, the space isn’t overly “designed.” We’ve intentionally left it a blank canvas, so to speak. We offer the opportunity to customize everything on your big day from seating to sips and snacks. We work closely with the area’s leading rental companies to provide the most beautiful table settings and our bar manager will design a signature drink or pair the perfect beverage service with your meal.

From directing family formals to wrangling tipsy groomsmen (hey, it happens!), I've got the knack for orchestrating those must-have photos. Dating back from the turn of the last century, the nostalgic building at Opera House Lane is now the ultimate rustic event space. Whether you’re throwing a party for a hundred or four hundred of your friends, The Warehouse is the place where everyone fits in! With a bar clad in sheet metal and barn boards, incandescent style lighting, exposed structural beams, and original brick flooring, this space has endless character. Additionally there is wall of glass garage-style doors that lead to an outdoor stage and green space gathering area; The Warehouse is ideal no matter the weather. Situated in cozy Hornell NY, you may just feel like you’ve stepped into downtown Nashville when you enter The Warehouse!

My passion for floral design began in 2013. I had just moved to Memphis, TN to participate in a sustainable farming program. Working alongside flower farmers, I grew an immense appreciate for the beauty of flowers. For me, designing is like painting with flowers. Working with my clients to see that their vision comes to fruition is very important to me, as I know that planning a wedding can be stressful. The Cracker Factory is a renovated industrial factory in Geneva, New York. This 65,000 square foot factory houses The Cracker Factory, 3Stories non-for-profit, and Miles and May Furniture Works. The Cracker Factory building, built in the early 1900s, was first home to Geneva Forge, a cutlery manufacturer. In 2007, Miles and May Furniture Works moved their production to the first story and began renovations on the previously unoccupied building. Since 2010, the second-floor gallery space has been in use for art shows, concerts, and events.

Sanctuary Events Center provides a beautiful and intimate event space, offering a place for weddings, showers, corporate events, and celebrations of life, while preserving heritage of the converted church and parish hall.

I am a cinematographer based out of Rochester, New York. In over ten years I’ve evolved from shooting choppy ski movies on a beat up GoPro to professionally delivering high-quality films for couples seeking to preserve their special days. When I watch my old GoPro footage, even all these years later, I can feel myself transported back to that time and place, just like I can with the thousands of other videos that I’ve taken since. It’s that power to preserve special moments - and the different constellations of memories and emotions that make them special - that drove me to cultivate filmography as a hobby.

The Mansion, built in 1906, was a wedding gift to Elizabeth and Erickson Perkins from the brides parents. The Perkins Mansion was generously donated by Elizabeth Perkins in 1947 as a gathering place for women.

I was 8 when my mother signed me up for a cake decorating class. It was a life-changing experience. I knew what I wanted to be! Determined to attend the Culinary Institute of America, I convinced restauranteurs in the Rochester, NY, area to give me a chance and started baking "professionally" at 15. Five years later I did it! I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America as a pastry chef. In 1999, Gourmet Goodies was established in Victor, NY. Over the past 20 years I have had the privilege of providing wedding cakes and gourmet pastries to the upstate and western New York area.

The Hillcrest Estate is a historic mansion with incredibly unique style, located in the countryside between Rochester and Buffalo, New York. The estate boasts over a hundred acres of pristine land and quite a few famous visitors. Two main areas are available for your wedding party at The Hillcrest Estate. The ballroom, accented with vintage decor and two massive fireplaces, antique furniture, hardwood flooring, and chandeliers, can accommodate up to 110 guests. Then, looking outside, the veranda features a tiered terrace and reflecting pool along with impeccably maintained lawn space for your ceremony and reception. The outdoor space with a tent can host roughly 200 guests. Services Offered We offer endless services including: onsite manager throughout your entire wedding weekend, bridal suite access before the event, the carriage house and carriage house lounge for the bridal or grooms party to get ready, catering and bar service, onsite accommodations for up to 20.
