Hi, I'm Victoria! And I'm a charcuterie addict. Wait, let me explain! I've just always had a deep love and appreciation for all things meat and cheese. Around 2019, I began making making charcuterie boards at home for myself and my husband because they're such a quick and elegant snack. This soon grew into making them for friends and family. In 2021, people started actually inquiring about buying my boxes and boards, which led me to start Detroit Charcuterie Company.

Our company was established based upon a lack of quality baked goods from scratch for weddings and special occasions. I set out to create the opposite of franchise food. I focus on made-from-scratch foods and shy away from pre-packaged processed food products. I scour the market and try dozens of products before selecting my band of suppliers to enhance your culinary experience. Many of the vendors we source from are local and female-owned businesses. Whether it’s the macarons in the fridge at the Side Dish or the spices in your Clam Chowder at the Sham Shack, I have taste-tested it all, and in most cases truly know the people who are making or growing it.

Meet Chesley, the owner/creator of Say Cheese GR. Chesley launched this business on April 18th, 2020 on a whim in the middle of the pandemic after being furloughed from her corporate sales job. When she realized how much time corporate America was keeping her from her 3-year-old daughter, she decided that she did not want to return. This came just 2 short months after launching Say Cheese GR, which completely exceeded her expectations.

Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!

We are not expecting to make the most money out of our leads, we are looking to bartend because it's a hobby of ours. I love being able to offer my bartending services to people at low prices.
