The Hotel at Oberlin ended up being the perfect place for our wedding. The location is close to pretty much anything you'll need for a wedding weekend. It's within a 1 minute walk to a variety of potential photograph locations (e.g. Hall Auditorium, Tappan Square...) as well as business (e.g. salons, restaurants, cafes) that can help your wedding day go smoothly. There are also a variety of potential ceremony locations within walking distance. We chose the Apollo Theater across the street. The team at the hotel, especially Lauren, was responsive and helpful every step of the way. The chef and Lauren worked together to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and requests (e.g. extra entree option, catered lunch and snacks...). They were also helpful with managing the linen rentals, room design, and room block reservations. Guests were charmed by Oberlin and gave us feedback that they enjoyed being able to slow and down and enjoy small town life during the weekend. Thank you Lauren and the rest of the team of making our weekend so special:) Photo: Photo credit Lindsey Beckwith, florals by Blossom.

We celebrated our wedding at Williams on the Lake in March 2023 and everything was absolutely perfect! They were easy to work with and east to communicate with. The food was so wonderful, we had so many compliments! They handled everything from set up to tear down which was so great and took away a lot of stress for us. All we had to do was drop off and load up our decorations that we used. I can't say enough good things about our experience here and how awesome the staff was!
