An entrepreneur at heart, Erica realized how much she loved baking and needed a creative outlet to balance her career as a lawyer. I was born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and a recent grad of the University of Iowa. My love for all things food doesn’t have a starting point, it has always been part of my life.
