Kilkea Design

5.0

Glendale, CA
  • Starts at $2,500

As a fine artist, I've always been drawn to the medium of flowers. Not only do they allow me to connect with nature, they allow me to connect with people by bringing an ineffable magic to clients' events. Since founding this studio in 2017, I've been so honored to work alongside my team as we bring florals to the most special moments in life.

Awarded Best of Zola
Kilkea was wonderful to work with. I gave Kira a vague idea of what I was dreaming of and she came back with a design that was beyond what I could have imagined. They are incredibly easy to work with, thoughtful, and truly artistic in their execution of our event. Kira brought joy to the process and needed calm on event day. I’d recommend Kilkea to anyone!

Michelle is incredible - she is not only an artist but an amazing person (an angel!!!). She is so incredibly talented and brought nothing more than a Pinterest board of loose ideas to life. She took what I showed her, ran with it, and turned it into so much more than anything I could have imagined. Every little detail was perfect, and she was able to repurpose so much, turning our wedding reception into a complete and utter floral wonderland! I've never known my husband to feel excitement over florals, and he was absolutely in love with his lapel piece (such an AMAZING take on a boutonniere). Which reminds me, Michelle's wearable pieces are out of this world; I want to have another wedding just so Michelle can make us all wearables! On a separate note, Michelle was so patient, and so thoughtful in everything she did for us. She met with us to do a full venue walk thru, allowing us to play with tablescapes before the big day, and took a number of long calls with me, so that we could design the space together. She helped us make decisions to elevate the space, while also managing things within our budget, and truly every. single. little. thing was perfect. One million out of 5 stars for Michelle and Something's Blooming.

Suzanne and Erin were amazing - they worked with us and our budget and didn’t bat an eye when we asked to add a few more arrangements just a few days before the wedding. They were super responsive and I think one thing that definitely set them apart from the other vendors that I spoke to was that they actually showed me photos of the exact types of flowers that they were going to use based on my inspiration photos which was really nice to really visually see them. I really wanted simple flowers, and was worried that it wouldn’t be enough, but they honestly knocked it out of the park I love that they used local flower suppliers that was really important to me. They were on time to set everything up the day of the wedding and stayed after for repurposing, which they did so quickly and seamlessly my guests didn’t even notice. It was truly an amazing experience working with them, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a florist in the area. I also love that they are mother-daughter team which hits home for me, because I to share a business with my mother!

How can I stress how amazing Tifanie is?! Our most responsive and excited vendor and the flowers were BREATHTAKING! Tifanie made sure to have phone calls with us to touch base multiple times, she texted me consistently about any updates on our florals, different types of flowers we would be interested in and even texted me the shipment when our flowers arrived! My bouquet has a permanent spot on my kitchen table. I went with a dried out look and am still obsessed with it today after almost a year of marriage. Carissa is super talented. I sent some inspiration pictures to her and was absolutely blown away with what she came up with. Overall a great experience having her put my bouquet together. I even asked her on kind of short notice to make a second one for my sister and she made it happen.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such an amazing wedding florist for our special day. We were introduced to him by a friend who had recently tied the knot and raved about his impeccable floral arrangements. From the moment we visited his website and Instagram, we were captivated by his unique style and attention to detail. Right from our initial meeting, it was evident that our florist truly understood our vision. We discussed our preferences, taste, the scale of our wedding, and most importantly, our budget. His expertise and creativity shone through as he effortlessly comprehended the magnitude of our event, offering valuable recommendations that perfectly aligned with our aesthetic and financial constraints. What truly touched us was the personal touch he added to our wedding. Our florist suggested incorporating flowers that held special meaning to our relationship, infusing a deeper sense of emotion into our floral arrangements. It was a testament to his thoughtfulness and dedication to making our day truly exceptional. One highlight was his ingenuity in repurposing the ceremony arch for the reception. The fact that he went the extra mile to transform the space with the same arch truly impressed us and was highly appreciated. It showcased his resourcefulness and commitment to ensuring every aspect of our wedding was picture-perfect. When the big day arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty of the flowers. They were a seamless reflection of the Pinterest board we had shared, surpassing our expectations. The vibrant colors, exquisite blooms, and flawless arrangements were nothing short of breathtaking. Our guests couldn't stop raving about them, and they became one of the standout elements of our wedding. Throughout the entire process, our florist demonstrated unwavering honesty, hard work, and kindness. He consistently checked in with us to ensure that our floral dreams were being realized. Los Angeles, CA
      • Starts at $1,500

Hi there! I'm Isabel- owner + lead designer of at Your Wedding Florist ✦. It’s my passion! Working with flowers is really a dream come true. I'm so grateful to be able to share my love for flowers with you and design exquisite floral pieces for your dream wedding!

We hired Isabel for our wedding this past weekend. Our venue was a community plaza and honestly, I was a little worried of how elegant the place would look. But Isabel really helped transform our venue into something so elegant and just pure beauty! I also particularly love that she created a heart-shaped bridal bouquet for me. It made my bouquet stand out and look so unique. She also added touches that I didn’t even request such as some flowers on our cake. Just such a great above-and-beyond service!
