The 1764 Mohler House offers the ideal setting for your micro-wedding celebration. Lovingly restored by our family, this historic sandstone farmhouse combines its timeless character with modern conveniences. Step back in time as you and your guests enjoy the charm of exposed beam ceilings, aged wood floors, and antique furnishings that create a uniquely beautiful backdrop. Our micro-wedding packages include access to the first floor of the house, the rustic cellar basement, an adorable log house, a tent-covered outdoor area, and the picturesque grounds—from 10 AM to 10 PM. Bridal suites are also included to enhance your experience. For out-of-town family and friends, we offer a three-day package accommodating up to 10 guests to stay at the Mohler House the night before and the night of your special day. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Greenbank is a beautiful setting for your DIY event, with historic charm and a natural outdoor setting by the Red Clay Creek. You’ll want to plan hours before and after your event for setup/decorating and cleanup. You can choose to rent in smaller blocks of time using our Standard Package or take advantage of our Wedding Package: it provides access to the site across two days to allow for stress-free setup, deliveries, rehearsals, photographs, and event preparations, plus cleaning services and other special accommodations.

We offer a variety of private dining and event options, accommodating parties ranging in size from as few as 12 guests up to as many as 50 guests. Our second story provides a beautiful and private event space with a modern farmhouse look and feel. A fully serviced bar, 2 private bathrooms, and even a private balcony, are just a few of the perks to hosting your event at Bloom.

Swimming Pools – Six of them! Two huge, large swimming pools and 5 other pools in different sizes that can accommodate both young and older guests at your event.
