My earliest memories are always centered around picking flowers in my mothers gardens. I would grab one of the glass bottles she collected and play around with any flowers I could find. Flower design is my passion. My shop is located in our 150 year old barn that in itself is full of character. I try to be a vendor who is easy and fun to work with. I am human and understand money does not grow on trees so I try my hardest to work within the client's budget. Each bouquet I create tells a story, each unique beautiful.

I grew up running around after my mom in her gardens and spent most of high school in the art department. I went off to design school and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Soon after, I started my first “real” design job and have been working in the industry in either commercial or residential design ever since, giving me thirty-five years of design experience. A second related career in Floral Design was added to my skill set when I was employed as a part-time floral designer and trained at Longwood Gardens. I decorated twenty-one Christmas trees that year and did a lot of beautiful custom designs.

Loni and the team at Terra Florals provide brides with the best flowers in the mid-Atlantic. When folks who know Loni think of flowers... they think of her. She and her husband are the founders of Terra Florals, the region's premier cut flower farm. Folks come from across the country to visit the farm's huge cut flowers fields and stay at the on-farm bed and breakfast. With legendary design skills and a massive following, Loni leads design classes, coaches local growers and provides flowers for many of the area's florists and designers. Tara has been a long time flower lover and plant geek. Growing up she was a rambunctious toddler and decided to get a head start in the horticulture industry by eating her mothers house plants. This mostly resulted in the poison control center being called repeatedly, but also instilled in her the love of all things "green and growing". She has had her hands in the dirt and been playing with flowers her whole life. With an art background in her family, florals became her artistic expression.

Richwine’s Nature’s Gifts is floral studio in S. Central PA, specializing in wedding and event custom florals. Carol, a former floral design teacher & growing farmer-florist, uses upscale blooms sourced from sustainable farms & her cutting gardens whenever possible. I'm Doreen, the owner of Heritage Flower Design. I've been styling and designing florals for weddings since 2018. I’m a mom of three boys, who are now grown and have their own families. I’m blessed with three beautiful daughters-in-law who help me with larger events. And, my three little granddaughters are my joy! I want this business to be a heritage for them! I could not do what I do without the support of my husband, Mark! He’s the guy who carefully loads all the flowers and makes sure I have everything I need on your wedding day! We are truly a family team at Heritage Flower Design and we can't wait to serve you!

I am a farmer’s wife, momma to four plus two in-laws, and mammaw to three. I have been around flowers my entire life and have always had a love and passion for putting different types of flowers together to create unique designs. Much of my learning started in my grandmother’s flower gardens many years ago. Over time, I enjoyed treating friends and family members to special flower arrangements and assisted in some wedding designs. My passion was put on hold a bit to raise our four children and support our family’s farm. Now that our children are grown, I pursued my dreams to own a flower business.

Lavender and Locks is a floral design studio and flower farm. We offer a wide range of floral designs and locally, sustainably grown flowers in season. The flower farm is located in Elizabethtown, PA with additional acreage in Mifflintown, PA. In addition to custom floral designs, we supply flowers for the DIY person or bride. We grow a wide range of seasonal flowers, greenery and woody stems for various events. We love to forage around the farms to find that unique branch to include in our designs. We also are providing dried flowers and branches to enjoy in winter months.

Our floral department is run by our Director of Floral & Event Design, Kelly Bardon. She comes to us with a decade of experience working in the wedding industry. Her passion is large scale design and creative installations, but she gets just as excited planning the perfect bouquet for your small elopement.
