My daughter and her husband chose Milton Ridge for their wedding venue. I live on the opposite coast so I had no opportunity to have a look myself. She and her husband were very happy with the layout of the property and the location. She assured me that staff were warm and friendly as well as very professional and that all questions were addressed promptly and in great detail. My daughter and her husband felt listened to and respected by everyone at Milton Ridge. I was anxious but it was their wedding and they had done a lot of research! I am overjoyed that they chose Milton Ridge for their very special day!! I spoke to many guests and family members that day and evening; everyone had high praise for the couple’s choice of venue. The property is self-contained with a beautiful turn of the century chapel on the lower level of the property and a very large bricked patio on the upper level; with an enormous wooden gazebo at one end and tiered garden area at the opposite end. Indoor or outdoor wedding?? Hard to choose as both areas are sooooo lovely. The Bridal suite and Grooms quarter are in a building adjacent to the chapel on the lower level of the property. Another turn of the century building with Bridal suite, porch and porch swing on the ground level and the Grooms quarters on the 2nd level via a private enclosed stairway; providing total privacy for both parties and their respective entourages. Both areas were very well appointed, comfortable and large; plenty of room for multiple people in each area to get ready for the big day! The Reception Hall was on the upper level with a porch and short stairway leading from the hall to the outdoor patio. The Hall was fresh and bright with plenty of room for DJ, tables, dance floor, bar and buffet without feeling overfilled or crowded. Bride and Groom chose the bar-b-que menu for their dinner; it was beautifully presented, delicious and plentiful. No one left Milton Ridge hungry that evening! The wait staff and bartenders were all very attentive and had obviously been very well trained at table service and bar service respectively. Music was provided by a DJ who was contracted by Milton Ridge and was included with the package that my daughter and her husband had chosen. The selection was a mix of old and new with the focus of getting the guests up and dancing. He was very good at his job and he accomplished his goal! Last but definitely not least; the photographer; also contracted with Milton Ridge! He was amazing!!! The unique shots, quality and beauty of his work left us speechless. He was everywhere, but never in the way, always inconspicuous and watching for that perfect candid shot. Even his posed photos had a very relaxed casual look about them. All photos were organized and available to the newlyweds on the Milton Ridge website within 10days of their wedding day!! ALL pictures belong to her and her husband to print, copy and share with whoever they wish!! Milton Ridge exceeded my expectation and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!

The building speaks for itself…the marble staircase, tiffany stained glass, and every other charming detail in the lobby is absolutely stunning! However, what really sold us on Hotel Monaco was our main point of contact Randie. From our first venue visit, I knew Randie was going to make our lives easier during the wedding planning process…she still exceeded our expectations. She was professional, reliable, and insanely prompt in answering our millions of questions. Food and dinner service was absolutely amazing as well. I didn’t have to think about a single thing our wedding day. Couldn’t recommend Randie and Hotel Monaco more!

When my wife and I were planning our wedding, our initial venue fell through quite suddenly. The folks at Westminster Hall we're immediately sympathetic, prepared, and accommodating, tailoring their already breathtaking space to the specific plans we had in place for an entirely different room. Kind and calm when planning had us most fried, they worked with us to create exactly what we wanted for the day. The history of the space, the ample room, the massive painted organ and surrounding graveyard make Westminster Hall an incredibly special place, operates by smart, responsive, and thoughtful staff.

The Perfect Venue for Our Wedding We cannot recommend Guilford Hall enough as a wedding venue. From the moment we first toured the space, we knew it was the perfect fit for us. The combination of the industrial aesthetic with Art Deco details set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. We held our ceremony in the Beer Garden, hosted cocktail hour in the Beer Garden using the Cocktail Room and Cigar Lounge, and had our reception upstairs in the Crown Room. The flow of the event worked perfectly, and the pictures we captured in those spaces are absolutely incredible. The venue fit our style in every way. We chose a buffet for dinner, and it was amazing. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the food—especially the crab cakes, chicken, and steak. Our signature drinks were made just how we wanted them, and the bar service was top-notch. A huge shoutout to Chef Mauricio and the entire kitchen staff for going above and beyond to help us curate the perfect menu and flawlessly serving 115 guests. The food was incredible and never stopped coming—our guests couldn’t stop raving. We also want to give special recognition to Dani, the Events Planner at Guilford Hall. Dani made us feel incredibly comfortable from start to finish. She went out of her way multiple times to make sure everything went smoothly and that we felt at ease throughout the process. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and without her, we would have been all over the place. She is absolutely incredible—if you have the chance to work with her, take it. She went above and beyond every step of the way to make our day perfect. Working with the entire Guilford Hall team was an absolute breeze. Every staff member was professional, accommodating, and dedicated to making our vision come to life. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did to help us host the wedding and reception of our dreams. If you’re looking for a venue that delivers unforgettable memories, exceptional service, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere—look no further than Guilford Hall.
