Our gorgeous venue includes two floors that are full of history that has been blended with modern design. This historic building started out in 1917 as a meat packing plant and has had many transformations. Since 2013 Arlington's has hosted events of every kind and we continue to grow in our excellence every year. Our expert event coordinators and staff will make sure your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, corporate event, fundraiser, or holiday party is as perfect as you can imagine! You can book either the smaller main floor space that allows up to 70 seated or 100 standing guests, or our larger top floor that allows 140 seated or 275 guests. The Renwick Mansion is one of Davenport's most amazing historic locations. The beauty, elegance and history of the mansion are truly one of a kind. Sitting on 4 acres of land, with ample parking, as well as space for indoor and outdoor events. This Italian Revival Villa features a large indoor event space, bar, 4 balconies, a pa bridal suite, 8 bedrooms and a large lawn to accommodate events with up to 300 guests. A birds eye view of the Quad Cities and the Mississippi River can be enjoyed on the second story balcony or the fourth story tower.
