Our ballroom features beautiful stained glass décor, space for up to 350 guests, a generous dance floor and a long stunning antique bar.

Oak Glen is a private and public golf course with a gorgeous wedding and event venue, located just 5 minutes from downtown Stillwater. Our packages include your ceremony and reception, on-site catering, tables, chiavari chairs, linens, flatware, charger plates, votives, and all day access to our getting ready suites! Oak Glen has two outdoor and one indoor ceremony locations as well as one beautiful reception space. The Willows ceremony site is located just off the first hole and features willow trees framing our beautiful fountain in the pond. We also do a group block for your guests at a discounted rate. We set up a Host and/or Cash Bar at no extra cost. The Ceremony can be held here as well for a small fee. We will need 2 hours between the Ceremony and the Reception to flip the room. Our Pre-Function Area and Patio are ideal for a Cocktail Reception during that time or guests can come back when the Reception opens. Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse caters for our events. Our Chef is very flexible and we offer options for guests with dietary restrictions.

Our most popular set up is a ceremony outdoors, with a reception on the main level of our barn. The barn can comfortably seat 200 people. You are welcome to rent a tent from another place in order to fit up to 350 people. You will also have access to our beautiful 120 acres of grounds for the day to take pictures, as well as the Bride Room. The Bride Room is the perfect spot for the bride to relax for the day with her bridesmaids, and comes with access to bathrooms. The entire venue is yours for 4 days, giving you plenty of time to set up for your big day.
