Historic Waverly Mansion is located in Marriottsville, Maryland. This 1760's era estate is a the perfect setting of an intimate garden wedding and reception! The Mansion and property is owned and operated by Howard County Government's Recreation and Parks Department and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Waverly Mansion is considered an outdoor venue. The property includes beautifully maintained gardens, the historic Mansion, and rustic barn. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals. Historic Waverly provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator. Historic Waverly Mansion is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply to all scheduled events and are different from privately owned venues. Circle D Farm allows you to be unique and customize your day the way you want it. With multiple outdoor and indoor ceremony and reception locations to choose from, creative in-house catering, and on-site event coordinator, Circle D Farm has your every need covered. A 4800 square foot banquet room with vaulted ceilings and wood-burning fireplace can accommodate up to 250 of your guests. A large 2nd story balcony provides dramatic views of the preserved countryside. Circle D Farm is available for year-round events. We only book one event per venue a day, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your celebration.
