Tara and I emailed many times during the planning stage and she always responded timely and answered MANY questions to get every detail just right. The night of the event went so smoothly. The staff (Amanda, Brandi, Daniel and Levi) showed up on time, were professional and kept us on schedule for the night. At one point we (myself and the staff) realized the flow of the night would go a little smoother if we made a few changes and they were happy to accommodate. Many guests commented on how good the food was (Mexican theme buffet). I do not live in the Chattanooga area but if I did, I would definitely use Catering Cart again!”
