Our venue began in 1928. The historic building was home to The Mt. Lookout Theater. People have been entertained in the space for generations. In 2007 we gave the entire interior fresh start choosing to bring the space back to it's original open layout with a nod to it's Art Deco past. The Magnolia Estate first started as an idea that we planned out on a napkin, and since has flourished into a beautiful and intimate space. The Woodward Theater, established in 1913, is a historic music venue & event hall located in Over The Rhine in Cincinnati. We offer a unique, yet versatile ceremony & reception space that enables couples to represent their personal style. Our rental fee includes chairs, tables, linens & bar glassware. We offer all day access starting at 9am, with the option of a room flip during the event. We also provide full sound production, including House Engineer, use of our historic exterior poster box display, door security, wifi, a bridal area & over head bistro lights. There are three beverage packages to choose from, all of which include 24 beer taps featuring local favorites, wine & champagne. Lastly, there is plenty of room for dancing in front of our stage, surrounded by a gilded proscenium.

Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. Snow Hill is unique with its historic charm and is a one of a kind venue. We offer fun add-ons like fireworks, a sparkler exit or a s’mores bar to make your wedding even more spectacular! Built in 1940, our barn venue was originally part of a horse farm and estate. Since 2013, we have hosted hundreds of weddings. Our venue rental is all day from 8am to 2am, giving you plenty of time to celebrate. We provide the main reception space, a ceremony courtyard, a woodland ceremony area, 2 private dressing rooms, tables, chairs, tablecloths, kitchen, spacious restrooms, and nearby lodging.
