We also feature a variety of specialty menus, yet remain the #1 pig roasting caterer in the upper midwest. All items are made from the freshest ingredients and are the highest quality available. The heart of the experience is still our slow roasted, fresh, whole meats, featuring, of course, Roast Pork.
