Originally from a small town in Southeast Kansas. I graduated from Baker University in 2016 with a BA in Elem. Edu. After gaduation, I moved to western KS where I met a county music loving, baseball playing, TN boy and fell in love. We got married in 2021 & were residents in two other states (NC & KY) before settling down in TN. After 6 years of teaching elementary school, I chose to leave it behind & join the entrepreneur life with my husband to chase both our dreams.

What started as simple photographs of my own son as a high school senior, has grown into a passion for capturing the vibrant energy of families across the Valley. Just like you, I have felt awkward in front of the camera. I’ve had photos taken of me that I didn’t like. When you go on a session with me, I will not only make you feel comfortable, but I will make sure you look good! I will give you prompts to keep you moving and laughing. I’m sorry but there are some angles, and poses that are not flattering for everyone. Like, please don’t take a photo of me from below! Hello double chin! What I’m saying is, I got you!

Hi, I’m Isaac. In my world, light is everything. The cool ambient hues at dawn, hinting at what the day may bring. Golden sun rays catching particles through a tree as friends gathers to celebrate. A Cotton candy sunset peppered by patio string-lights as a DJ plays my favorite song. We all have timeless memories logged in our minds. For me, they are based in a language of light. As a wedding photographer, this deep connection to special lighting helps me produce dynamic visual stories of romance, personality and beauty.

Hey there! My name is Maggie, and I am the Owner + Lead Photographer at Desert Luna Photography! I am 24 years old, and just had MY dream wedding myself! We had a small destination wedding in Arizona! I have taken photos with a camera since I was 10 years old - and have even won a few awards for one of my photos! I love the outdoors, chicken strips, being a plant momma, and creating magic through my lens! I am currently on year 5 of taking photos professionally, and on year 3 of being known as Desert Luna Photography!

We are a couple of married folks based out of Tennessee! We enjoy pizza more than we should, Game of Thrones will always hold a special place in our hearts (even though the last season hurt us deeply), and we enjoy spending all of our money on traveling! We have two fur babies! Pickle, a feisty antisocial black cat and Atlas, an overly nice and permanently happy Golden Retriever! They're our world and even though we shoot weddings full time, nothing will come close to the amount of pictures we take of those two. It's embarrassing, really.

I began this journey several years ago inspired by all the little moments going on around me. Photography has become one way I can express myself creatively while freezing a moment in time. I'm especially drawn to documentary & lifestyle photography as I love how natural the emotions are in the photos. There is a story to be told & I look forward to helping capture it on film.
