The communication with the staff was excellent - we could text, call or meet with them anytime, and they made wedding planning stress-free. The team felt like friends who had our best interests in mind. The venue itself is luxurious and elegant, well worth booking for a special event. They provide nearly everything you need besides a few vendors, making coordination easy. Our day-of planner Carlie took charge so my husband and I could relax and enjoy our wedding day without worrying about anything. Details like our private meal were beautifully arranged. There are not enough words to describe how thankful I am for everyone at Club Continental. The Club Continental was an incredible venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first inquired, Carla made us feel so welcomed. And no matter how many ridiculous questions I had, their communication was fast and thorough, addressing all of our questions and providing helpful suggestions. On the day of, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly - and me, being a dummy, forgot all about a Notary. but The Club went out of their way to find us a last-minute notary when we needed one, and assisted with the setup. The evening manager, overseeing the wedding was so attentive, helpful and accommodating the entire time. I can not express how thankful we were to have him there. Everything ran smoothly because of him. The venue itself is simply magic. So incredibly beautiful, with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was like stepping into a different world when you got on those grounds. And the stunning natural settings were just breathtaking. We were blown away by the amazing and friendly staff, not only the day of the wedding, but the entire week we stayed there. The breakfast staff was incredible, I wanted to become part of her family!! And let’s not forget the FOOD!! Salivating just thinking about it. They offered a couple food tasting events which allowed you to taste some of their different options before you decide on a menu. This was extremely helpful because what I thought I’d choose vs what I actually chose were complete opposites, and that’s because I was able to get those samples in. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location to celebrate our special day and I can’t wait to go back and spend a few days there.

The second we stepped foot on the property I knew it was the one!! Everything was perfect! I can’t get over it. My only complaint is that the coordinators almost missed arranging my bouquet toss and had to do it in 5 minutes at the end. I was also sad that I wasted money on a bubble machine that I was not allowed to use. And my last complaint is that we only got one little piece of our food we spent 4.5k on for catering. I was hoping that someone packed us a box up to eat. We literally got back to the hotel starving. But other than these things it’s a wonderful venue!

The Barn at Deep Creek is a converted cattle barn set in a picturesque backdrop. The Barn has both indoor and covered outdoor spaces, a designated cocktail table area with a deck, and ample grass areas. There are multiple options for ceremony locations. We have Bride and Grooms suites for wedding party preparations. The property of the barn is a combination of cypress ponds, pine forest, pastures, and a canopied creek. The property is very private and secluded. We are only 15 minutes from downtown Gainesville, but it feels a world away.

Sweetwater Branch Inn (SWB) went above and BEYOND to make my wedding weekend everything I had dreamed of—and more. If I could give SWB a million out of five stars, I absolutely would! My wedding was on March 16, 2025, and originally planned as an outdoor event. The team at SWB was incredibly flexible, allowing me to get creative with the venue and hold the ceremony and dinner in a different location than they usually do which was impressive in itself! Just days before the wedding, a storm was predicted to hit. At the last minute, we ordered a tent for the gardens (something that had never been done before), completely reworked the layout we had spent over a year planning, and somehow, everything turned out perfectly! Adrienne, the event coordinator, and Angel, the food and beverage coordinator, were nothing short of incredible. Adrienne went above and beyond, dedicating extra time and effort to ensure my vision came to life, even with the last-minute changes. Every single member of the staff was truly wonderful. My close family stayed at the Inn and didn’t want to leave! Guests traveled from Canada, New York City, and even Sydney, Australia—and every single one of them raved about their stay. From the friendly and helpful staff to the elegant decor and the delicious food (both at breakfast and the wedding!), they were beyond impressed. I cannot say enough great things about Sweetwater Branch Inn and the amazing event venue they provide. They do everything with heart, which is so rare these days—and that, above all, meant the world to me and my guests.
