When I tell you the guests could NOT stop talking about the food, they could not stop raving about it all! Everything was so delicious! Not only did she do an amazing job with the food but it was truly a full service experience! She handled everything from the decorations, set up, linens, and breakdown! The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. As long as you borrowed something blue you're set with tradition, so let your mind wonder with the possibilities at the table, and we can make it happen. From all out BBQ buffets, to the taco bars, to plated dinners of any kind, we have it all and can do it just about anywhere. We also specialize in appetizers, cheese and dip presentations, and stationed hors d'oeuvres. All dietary restrictions can be compensated for and we are happy to oblige.
