The Davis-Shai House is available for your birthday party, business meetings, memorials, showers, rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions and more. Choose one of our historic rooms for an intimate gathering, one of our beautiful banquet rooms for your reception, or our beautifully landscaped lawn for outdoor weddings. All rooms are available for rental only or with the option of in-house catering and a variety of menu options to select. Our menu options include plated lunches and dinner, English teas, and party packages (light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers), as well as bar service. All event rentals include: tables, chairs, all table linens, centerpieces, glassware, drinks, set up and clean up, and friendly staff and volunteers. Strongwater Events is a dynamic industrial wedding venue housed in the middle of a century old warehouse in the Franklinton Arts District, just outside of downtown Columbus, OH. We have three distinct spaces all connected to each other to allow for many different sized weddings. We share the warehouse with Strongwater Food & Spirits and 400 West Rich artist studios and are extremely grateful to be a part of this thriving hub of creativity! We're located just minutes from downtown Columbus and surrounded by a vibrant community. The warehouse was originally built in 1911 and has been preserved and reimagined into the chic industrial space it is today. At Strongwater, our joy is found in helping you create unforgettable moments. Our dedicated team would love to talk about your big day!

The entire venue is yours, and this includes surround sound music (yes, you may cast up your own device!), 2 ideal photo backdrop walls, 8 tables, 30+ chairs, a lounge area, and free parking. A projector and small screen for PowerPoints/presentations (and laptop computer) are available upon request if needed! Microphone available upon request. High-speed wifi for all guests. Seats up to 32 guests comfortably and is completely BYOB (alcoholic or non). Cater in a meal or just provide finger foods for the guests. We provide a mini-fridge, plastic cups, bottle openers, and large ice bins to keep your beverages cool. Incorporate gift-opening, party games, awards/ceremonies, and decorations if you wish.
