I am Angela Lee, a Restaurateur and Chef. I was born and raised in Michigan. I went to College and owned several restaurants in Chicago on the busy Randolph Street Restaurant Row. I moved to Michigan a few years back and started this catering company to share all that I had learned in the city and bring that high quality food cooking style and energy to Southwest Michigan. I am dependable, passionate about food, and willing to go over and above to be sure your wedding food is the best ever. I am a private Sushi Chef with more than a decade of experience. I first learned the Japanese Art of Sushi in Venezuela. I continued practicing this multidisciplinary craft in 3 countries before I settled in Chicago, IL, where I live now. Sushi making is a very personal experience for me and I enjoy creating something unique with the food colors, textures, temperatures, and flavors.
