“Our wedding at Meyer’s Castle in Dyer, Indiana on October 24, 2025 was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was thanks to Eva Demoff, our incredible wedding coordinator. I truly cannot sing her praises high enough. From the moment I arrived that morning to the very last minute of the night, Eva was by my side whenever I needed her. I had the bridal suite rented for the day, and she was there first thing to greet me with a smile and then stayed all the way until the end helping us pack everything up. She easily spent 16 hours making sure every detail was handled so my husband and I did not have to stress for a single second. Eva is the perfect mix of fun, kind and refreshingly candid. She told me exactly what to expect throughout the day so there were no surprises, no confusion and zero stress. She kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling overbearing or rushed. One moment that really shows who she is: during our bridal luncheon, we realized I had miscounted the number of sandwiches we needed. “Fair Oaks Farms was a nice venue for our wedding, though their communication style was a bit minimal on the actual wedding day. The quality of their work and value was very nice - the servers were attentive and helpful throughout the evening. However, when our official reception time was up at 11pm, the staff turned on all the lights and rushed us to gather our belongings and vacate the reception hall immediately. This made the end of our special night feel a bit abrupt and hurried. Overall, Fair Oaks Farms provided a pleasant setting for our wedding, but could improve the communication and transition at the end of the night.”

We are a unique venue that you rent for the entire weekend. You check in on Friday morning and don't check out until Sunday morning. You have all day Friday to decorate and can have your rehearsal & rehearsal dinner that evening. You can stay all night in our large, beautiful farmhouse and be ready to get your hair & makeup done first thing on Saturday morning in our sunroom that showcases the most gorgeous views of the pond, woods & pastures. Saturday you get to say "I DO" and follow that up with the reception you have been excited to throw to celebrate with all your favorite people. When you are exhausted from the fun, you get to stumble across the parking lot & crash in the comfy beds of the house. A huge bonus is that you don't have to shut your party down by midnight...you can go as long as you want. You can clean up on Sunday and check out at 11am.
