Welcome to our oasis in the city! Le'Chosewood is a casually chic and intimate residential venue perfect for hosting private events of up to 50 guests in the heart of Atlanta. We are a private residential venue in the Chosewood Park neighborhood right in the heart of Atlanta near Grant Park. We offer couples an intimate, Al Fresco Poolside Wedding & Ceremony experience without leaving the city! Imagine a poolside ceremony and reception with soft lights, white-clothed tables and candle centerpieces and sophisticated indoor space with sliding glass doors that open directly to an outside covered patio overlooking the pool, allowing for the perfect indoor and outdoor experience for you and your guests. Our venue is a well-designed canvas that can be used as-is or customized for your style. To date, we've hosted over 100 events, including small weddings, elopements, rehearsal dinners, bridal brunches and everything in between. We look forward to making memories with you!

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.
