We love cooking from scratch using seasonal ingredients from our Maine farms, fish markets and local purveyors. Our services include: styled food spreads, raw bar oyster cart, interactive stations, passed-appetizers, family-style, buffet and plated dinners. We partner with you and your planner in the entire process; rentals assistance, detailed logistics, day-of operations, custom-styled food stations and more. “Miss Hamill’s was hands down our favorite vendor to work with for our 200-person wedding in Maine this past August! From start to finish, they were organized, thoughtful, and incredibly caring — you can truly tell that they love what they do. Jay and Danielle took the time to get to know us and our tastes, and their passion for food really showed. We had a pre-call to plan the menu, and they were so flexible and collaborative — offering fantastic suggestions for everything from passed appetizers to entrees. They designed a personalized, family-style dinner that felt so warm and special, and the use of seasonal ingredients elevated every dish. As a couple who loves trying new restaurants and unique flavors, we immediately connected with them over their shared love of food. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the meal was — so many people told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Their attention to detail went above and beyond. They built the most beautiful raw bar cart that added so much to our cocktail hour aesthetic and put together gorgeous table scapes for our charcuterie table. They even scraped all of our dinner plates (we sourced our own china) at the end of the night. They handled every twist and turn of the day with grace and smiles. “We cannot recommend Soraya and her team enough! We had a Turkish American wedding and she was both our caterer and coordinator. The food was delicious and we are still getting compliments almost a month after! She really understood what was needed to combine both Turkish and American style foods, and was very conscious of what would work for our crowd and what wouldn’t. Soraya was able to answer questions I didn’t even know I had, and we were able to confidently hand everything over to her so that we were fully present during our special day. If anything went wrong, we were completely unaware. The wedding day was truly magical and we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our day without her! Thank you Soraya :)”
