The property offers an indoor, modern loft for getting ready, and two ceremony lawns and cocktail areas to choose from depending on if you want to be on the water or overlooking the water. Unique to the property there is a natural waterfall, enormous glacial rock, miniature donkey(s), and boat dock access for a nautical arrival or departure. Cunningham farm is a boutique Maine wedding venue set in picturesque New Gloucester, Maine - located between Portland, Auburn, Brunswick and Freeport. Cunningham Farm is primarily used as a venue for estate, barn and outdoor weddings.The property boasts more than 90 acres of land inclusive of three event barns, a farmhouse, a pond, a river, a meandering brook, rock walls, and an iconic tree farm - complete with a white farm fence - there couldn’t be a more beautiful property to serve as a backdrop for your magical day.

The Barn on Walnut Hill is one of Maine's most sought after venues, located just 25 minutes from Portland in the lovely town of North Yarmouth. For more than a decade, the property has been setting the bar for timeless, elevated, and modern events in an elevated New England setting in the spring, summer, and fall. Walnut Hill's serene and private grounds include a forest ceremony grove, meticulously restored and climate controlled barn, ample space for tenting, and farmhouse for up to 12 overnight guests. Weddings at Walnut Hill include exclusive use of the entire property from Thursday-Sunday. This allows couples to host a ceremony and reception on site, as well as rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, and even a farewell brunch, with no additional fees. For the first time in 2025, couples may also customize their length of stay on property through our Fête offering - this could be Friday-Sunday, or even just Saturday-Sunday depending on what you have in mind for your celebration!

Our historical 3 acre waterfront property with 2 acres of open area on the water with its views of Casco Bay and Portland Harbor, our heated 2500SF National Historic Landmark Greenwood Playhouse with our lighted water view deck, and our outdoor lighted pavilion. We have a commercial kitchen for your caterer on site, and we have an 8' x 4' gas grill. We are all volunteers of the Peaks Island Lions Club that own, operate, and maintain the site, and profits go to Island Scholarships and grants. May, June, and October are our discounted months.
