Welcome to Mama Gina Catering, an Authentic Italian Food Experience. All my menu items include the most amazing Italian flavors taught to me by my Nana from when I was a little girl. My grandparents, born & raised in Italy came to this country by way of Ellis Island. I loved listening to the stories they told with their Italian friends most of which spoke broken English. All of my teachings were hands on not hand written “little of this & little of that" then tasting until you are happy. To this day that is how I cook because Italian Food is all about fresh ingredients, heart, taste and a deep love of cooking.

Aphrodite Oysters has been catering raw bars since 2013. We are established in multiple cities; beginning in Austin, Houston, Dallas, and Lubbock TEXAS - we are now in Nashville, Middle TENNESSEE, also serving GEORGIA, and CALIFORNIA. Our clients healthy and safety is priority, thus we prepare seafood day of your order and oysters are always shucked on-site. Please let us know how we can help brighten your day or someone else.
