I spent 20 years in the corporate world as a Graphic Designer, and baking was something that I always gravitated to when I felt stressed out. During the pandemic, I found myself in the kitchen a lot. I was constantly trying out new recipes and techniques, growing my arsenal of skills, and learning how to batch bake.
