Zenhanaya LLC
Rating: 5.0 (6 reviews)
  • Starts at $200
  • Serves Covington, TX

At Zenhanaya, we believe flowers should feel personal, an extension of your story, your style and the feeling you want your wedding day to hold. We create whimsical, garden-inspired florals that are lush, abundant and naturally romantic, using seasonal blooms and curated details to bring each vision to life. We work with a limited number of couples each season, allowing us to give each wedding the time, care and personal attention it deserves. We focus on creating curated floral experiences for intimate, small to medium-sized celebrations.

There's a particular kind of joy in opening the door to find flowers waiting, and every time it happens, it feels like a small gift I didn't know I needed. Since subscribing to Zenhanya, started by my dear friend, my home has become a little softer, a little brighter, always in bloom. Each bouquet tells its own story. Some weeks it's all ivory roses and lilies, delicate as a quiet morning, with veronica sprigs reaching out like an afterthought of green. Other weeks it's sunflowers and daisies, unapologetically golden, turning my kitchen into something that feels like midsummer no matter the date. And then there are the ones I didn't expect to love, hot pink peonies next to coral roses and sunflowers, colors that shouldn't work together but somehow do, like they were always meant to. She even draws inspiration from art, one bouquet was styled after Van Gogh's Starry Night, deep blues and golds woven through the roses like brushstrokes come to life. It's the kind of detail that tells you this isn't just floristry, it's genuine artistry. What moves me most isn't just the flowers, though the quality and variety are exceptional, it's the care behind them. An email beforehand to make sure the timing is right. A note when the Uber is on its way. Small gestures, but they say everything about the person behind this business: someone who pays attention, who wants things to land gently and exactly right. Flowers are supposed to be fleeting, but the joy from these lingers long after the petals do. I'm endlessly grateful to watch my friend build something so beautiful, and even more grateful to be one of the people lucky enough to receive it.

Woodsy floral
Rating: 5.0 (14 reviews)
  • Starts at $750
  • Serves Covington, TX

Woodsy Floral started by accident believe it or not. Flowers have always been a part of my husband and I’s marriage. Every Friday or every other Friday my husband, Lonnie would go get fresh stems from the floral shop down the road from our house. With crazy looks he grabbed them. This turned into me making arrangements for our events. When some of our friends saw these floral arrangements, they asked if we could make more for their events. This was the beginning of our small business, now we were blessed with opening a store front in 2025, this is in downtown Midlothian. We are now made in Midlothian, TX!

Awarded Best of Zola
Lonnie did an amazing job on all the floral for our wedding. The beautiful cascading bouquet was star of the show for sure! Could not be happier with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend!

The wedding was absolutely enchanting, beautiful, unique, and whimsical, just like my daughter's personality. The atmosphere was magical, and Karen added so many special touches that made the entire experience feel unlike any other wedding. Please see pics below, its just a small sampling of her talents. What made it so special was how collaborative and personal the entire process was for us. My daughter lives far away, so wedding planning was by zoom. Karen listened, offered creative ideas, and worked with us on every detail to create a setting that was truly romantic and enchanting. Every arrangement had its own character and completely different from the traditional wedding florals you see so often. What meant the most was hearing guests talk about the flowers long after the ceremony was over. We loved working with Karen and her fabulous team and are so grateful for her talent and personal attention. She did not just provide the flowers- she helped create an unforgettable experience and a memory our family will always treasure. We highly recommend Curly Botanicals!

ZiAmore Scenes
  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Covington, TX

I specialize in creating luxury faux floral arrangements that are virtually indistinguishable from the real thing. Every design is thoughtfully crafted with an eye for detail, texture, and movement, so much so that one of the most common questions I hear is, “Are these real?” (And yes, you’ll probably ask too.) Beyond beauty, my work is rooted in intention. We’ve all wondered what happens to event florals once the celebration ends, most are simply discarded. I offer an elevated alternative: stunning arrangements that look just as real, photograph beautifully, and can be kept, reused, or repurposed long after your event is over.

Working with Something Borrowed Blooms was a breeze from start to finish. It was so easy to bring my vision to life. The flowers they delivered were stunning and vibrant, with a level of quality that honestly exceeded what I was expecting. I did notice a few blooms had some dirt and crumbs on them when they arrived, so I had to do a quick clean with a steamer, but it was a minor fix. They were a bit spendier than I would have thought, but overall their work was beautiful and realistic and they nailed exactly what we were going for. I'd definitely recommend them to other couples looking for an easy and resourceful floral opportunity.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (99 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Covington, TX

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
Flower Moxie exceeded my expectations! We did a custom design and Cristen really captured what I wanted for our wedding day. The ordering process was so easy thanks to Cristen and I went further and did the modules to prep for getting them. As we got closer Alexa was so quick and helpful when I was panic asking a million questions. We had some delays and were getting close to my wedding day with little time to get the flowers done. Alexa jumped into action and was amazing in finding a wholesaler near me that had the flowers we wanted picked and ready for me to get in less than 3 hours. That made such a huge difference as I was able to have my helpers and get everything done before the day of my rehearsal dinner. On top of all of this I now am so proud to say I did all the florals for my wedding and they were everything I wanted! If you’re a fellow budget bride with a vision flower moxie is for you!

The Faux Bouquets
Rating: 5.0 (43 reviews)
  • Starts at $175
  • Serves Covington, TX

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
We were so delighted to use The Faux Bouquets for our wedding. We ended up having a family emergency that forced us to downsize the size and budget of the wedding just a few months before the wedding, and the team at TFB were so accommodating and helped us to find a solution that still allowed us to use their flowers in our (modified) ceremony. We were a bit concerned about the flowers getting smushed in shipping, but they arrived looking absolutely STUNNING and with plenty of time before the big day. Even my gardener of a grandma couldn't tell they weren't real flowers! We were so happy with how everything looked on the day, and in pictures they look just as lovely. Can't recommend The Faux Bouquets enough! There's no visual difference compared to real bouquets and they are much more affordable. The last big selling point that I would advise future brides, and I did not really consider this, is that because the flowers don't wilt, we could set the decor out the night before--which is a LIFESAVER to not have to worry about on the special day! Anything that will save you time and stress on the day of the wedding is a big win!

I was so grateful to have found Jen while going through our flower-picking-process. We got a quote for real flowers to start and it was way out of our budget. When we started looking for 'fake' flowers, I knew I wanted them to look as real as possible. I must have looked at 10 different vendors across CT and MA, and as soon as I saw Wood & Word Blooms website I was sold! Her bouquets are one of a kind, each and every piece was perfect for our wedding. She was so supportive and helpful in the color picking process, I changed my mind a few times but she never batted an eye. She got us to the finish line and we couldn't be happier. If you're on the fence, just go with Jen!

Poppin Peonies was an absolute lifesaver for my wedding. The work was gorgeous—every single piece looked like it came straight out of a dream—but it was Bre with Poppin Peonies that made the biggest difference. Bre showed up with the calmest, sweetest energy that one could ask for! There was a moment where I was struggling and honestly felt like everything was slipping through my fingers. Bre didn’t even hesitate—she stepped in, took care of what needed to be taken care of, talked me through it, and made sure I was okay before anything else. Autumn was super easy to work with, and incredibly helpful! I reached out initially and received a very prompt response. She had great ideas to help me with budget. TBH, I was thinking I would DIY before reaching out to her and a couple other vendors. Her proposal was great, we tweaked it and it came together perfectly! On our day, my bridal bouquet was exquisite! The flowers were stunning!!!! We also had a small bouquet for my step daughter, boutonnières, a low lush sweetheart table with extras, compotes and bud vases for the reception tables, and cake flowers for the tiered cake. I am probably forgetting other details… She did set up and tear down. And also noteworthy, we had a couple of surprise venue requirements that were not clear to me in advance, and she handled those like a champ!
