You don't have to worry about outside catering, rentals, or even a planner. Our in-house team—at the farm and at our NYC restaurant—help you every step of the way, and everything is included. We are conveniently located only 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca, the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport (ITH) and an hour from Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR). ​ Our 7,000+ square foot event barn offers many layout options that let you design the event your way. The barn can comfortably seat 280+ people inside for a reception and there is no need for a tent with plenty of ceremony options such as the enclosed loft, attached porches, custom pavilion or our lavish gardens. The estate combines modern accommodations, private guest houses, and a majestic Victorian Inn next to one of the tallest waterfalls in the country. The Inn at Taughannock has three on-site wedding venues, including a new one-acre wedding garden. The wedding garden, named "Enchantment", has a 100' x 60' translucent sailcloth tent, a 42' alabaster bar, and a dry-stack stone fire place that it took four masons one year to build. In addition to these marvelous features there are also three fire-pits on site, one of which is cantilevered and hangs above the outer wall over looking Cayuga Lake. The Inn is a charming, cozy historic home with a recent addition with key amenities- It sleeps 10-12 with a Master Bedroom suite, a cozy family room, and a utility room perfect for staging. The upstairs has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with windows facing the historic gazebo. The Inn is negotiable with a wedding or reception booking.
