Dear Melanie: Doug and I have just found time to stop and take in ALL the THINGS that happened over the weekend. One thing is for sure, Your name has been discussed ALL Weekend. Not just by us, but the wedding party and friends as well. Melanie – YOU made this WHOLE event SO SPECIAL, SO UNIQUE and truly SO PERFECT! Everyone we have talked to about the wedding says one of two things. FLAWELESS or PERFECTION… and that is thanks to You and your team. Your guidance in our conversations and Helping us find the PERFECT Vendors made all the difference. I kinda knew that it would turn out Great. But you made it absolutely EPIC and we can not thank you enough. Thank you for being so calm and collected on the wedding day while our nerves were going crazy. Thank you for your Smiles and Laughs throughout the entire event. Thank you for truly taking the wheel and giving us the comfort needed to know that what WE wanted was GOING to happen. I know it was our own wedding, but there was something truly unique about the entire event. We will NEVER Forget you as you are a big part of the memories we will cherish Forever. Please thank your Team for us as well. Love Always, Doug and David.

We began planning with Kayla B. about 6 months prior to our wedding day. From the first day, I knew she had our best interest in mind. Not only is she extremely detail oriented, she is also efficient and an excellent communicator. I knew nothing about planning a wedding, and Kayla truly led us through it all. I cannot express how happy we are to have had Kayla as our wedding planner. I’m writing this review from the beach in Mayakoba, because this is how stress free Kayla made our wedding day feel.

Which Wedding Venue Types Are Most Popular in Texas?

Texas venues offer distinctly regional experiences that capture the state's diverse character. Hill Country locations around Fredericksburg give you gorgeous vineyard settings with beautiful limestone architecture and sunset views that will take your breath away. If you're considering Houston, you'll find venues that thoughtfully incorporate bayou landscapes alongside sophisticated cosmopolitan amenities. Dallas spaces tend to showcase luxury urban environments with elegant design elements that create a refined atmosphere. How Far in Advance Should You Book Your Texas Venue?

Texas couples typically book their wedding venues about 16 months (or 457 days) before their wedding date. November stands out as the most popular month for venue inquiries so planning early is essential if you're considering this timeframe. This advanced booking timeline helps you secure your preferred date since popular venues often fill their calendars far in advance especially for prime weekend dates. Booking early also allows you to lock in current pricing before annual increases that many venues implement. Plus you'll have more time to work with venue coordinators to customize floor plans and discuss details that will make your celebration uniquely yours.

Madera Estates in Conroe stands out for its commitment to accessibility with fully paved event spaces that accommodate wheelchair navigation throughout the property. Venues like Agave Estates Mara Villa and The Middleton Venue in Katy specialize in creating interactive remote experiences that make distant guests feel truly present. You can work with these venues to design custom interactive elements that go beyond passive viewing. Think virtual guest books where remote attendees can leave video messages remote toasts synchronized with in-person celebrations and even coordinated dance moments. These thoughtful touches ensure everyone feels included in your celebration regardless of where they're located.
