Hi! My name is Katie and I own Katie’s Kakes! I am a small cottage law baker out of my home in Madison, Ohio. I have been a chef for many years and one year I wanted to make my mom a special cake for Mother’s Day. Her favorite flower is hydrangea, so I attempted to make a cake that looked like a hydrangea. It didn’t look as bad as I thought it was going to. After posting it, I had many friends and family reach out for me to bake them a custom cake.
