On many occasions, we met outside of business hours solely out of convenience to *us* as the clients. Every spreadsheet and document was well-sorted and easy to comprehend. She always took the time to walk us through items and reassure us about any concerns. In many instances, Wei Yuh anticipated issues that we would not have ever considered, saving us both trouble and money. In fact, Wei Yuh was always very sensitive to our budget and financial constraints, looking for creative ways to spare our wallet! This is yet another dimension in which her services went above and beyond. For nearly every major component of the planning process, Wei Yuh handled or guided liaising with other vendors. We had some very unorthodox ideas and were completely unsure our day would come together exactly as we wanted it. Writing this a few days after the wedding, we can say with complete confidence that Wei Yuh brought our hopes to life and executed them with precision, professionalism, and care. Throughout the process, including on the day itself, Wei Yuh maintained an energizing presence and clearly put everything she had into the project. We are certain that we could not have achieved our vision without a planner (despite stubbornly believing so in the very beginning!), but more than that, we don't think it would have happened without Wei Yuh specifically.”

After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! He was so well prepared and really took the time in the weeks leading up to our wedding to learn the exact “vibe” we were going for and what we wanted. And when there were times that we we were overwhelmed and unsure about which direction we wanted to go in, he was never pushy. He was just so patient, understanding, and made helpful suggestions. He even learned some last minute cover songs for us when we suggested them just a couple days before the wedding. His talent blew my guests away, we heard non stop compliments from everyone about Matt throughout the entire wedding weekend. What was most special was when Matt collaborated with my husband and surprised me and my wedding party in our suite while we were having hair and makeup done. We loved having her as a part of day; she was present but not overbearing and only interrupted the flow of the day if absolutely necessary to get a shot that we had requested. She was pleasant, great with the flower girls and ring bearer to get them to walk slow and smile, and was full of joy for us as we celebrated. Our photos were perfect, and she even got some nice ones of my dad who hates pictures. She also worked with us to make sure that we had time for wedding portraits and to actually attend about half of our cocktail hour. Overall is was fantastic and reasonably priced for the area too.”
