Originally purposed as a breeding facility for Rocky Mountain Horses, BrighterDaze Farm has been the birthplace and home to dozens of horses. The Haight is a wedding and event venue located in Elgin, IL and is enveloped by a historic neighborhood, for a romantic and storied setting for your wedding. This converted warehouse was originally constructed in the 1890s. It began as the Elgin Storage & Transfer Company. Over the years numerous companies used the building until 1985 when it was bought by John Haight, who refurbished the building. The Haight features two floors and a rooftop area. Brick walls and hardwood flooring accent exposed ductwork. There are multiple spaces for hosting your ceremony, reception, and many other wedding-related gatherings. On the first floor, there is room for up to 175 guests standing. This makes the 2,000-square-foot space ideal for the cocktail reception. The second floor features 7,000 square feet of space. 250 people seated or 200 people seated with a dance floor can fit in this event area. You can also take your celebrations outside on the spacious rooftop deck.

The Highland Loft Event Venue is a unique, versatile event venue with three spaces. The Highland Loft is the perfect setting for your wedding whether it is sophisticated or trendy, intimate or elaborate, your guests are sure to never forget your special day.

The Ellwood House Museum is an historic estate that offers three unique rental spaces on ten acres of gardens and grounds. These include the first floor and terraces of elegant Ellcourt, an historic Tudar Revival house built in 1899. It is available from March through mid-November and is our only venue where alcohol service is permissible. Ellcourt has an hourly rate of $350. The grounds also offer a choice of three garden spaces for wedding ceremonies. Garden rentals are available mid-May to mid-October and include an inclement weather backup location in the Hearthside Room of the Visitor Center. The rental rate is a flat fee of $500. The third venue is our more casual space, the Hearthside Room, which includes access to the galleries. It is available March through mid-November, and the rental rate is $75 per hour. All venues are limited to 80 people, and both indoor venues have full kitchens.

Picture Perfect describes our Wedding venue where we host the most beautiful outdoor ceremonies. Rustic, elegant receptions follow at the historic lodge. With authentic and charming log cabin accommodations, guests and the honeymoon couple can stay on premise. White Pines Lodge is nestled in the scenic and gently rolling hills of Northwest Illinois with facilities which are located in and around White Pines Forest State Park. The Lodge is conveniently located 30 minutes southwest of Rockford and just 90 minutes west of Chicago.

Aurora Country Club is a private club located in the western suburbs of Chicago, approximately 45 minutes from the Loop. The club is set in a peaceful surrounding and is revered by many Chicagoland golfers as one of the truly great golden age courses in the area. The club was founded in 1914 and the course was designed by architect Tom Bendelow. ACC offers complete country club facilities including 3 dining rooms, swimming pool, tennis courts and of course the full range of amenities for the golf course.
