I love bringing others vision to life through cake, I love the looks on my customer faces when thier dream cake comes into the room, this is my passion and I live what I do. I'm a former costume designer and fashion historian with a PhD in English literature, now using my love of art, craft, and design to create one-of-a-kind custom wedding cakes! I make delicious, colorful cakes in traditional and modern flavor combinations, topped with handcrafted sugar flowers. I use only the highest-quality ingredients and always emphasize both design and taste. I would love to work with you to make your cake one of the most memorable and beautiful parts of your wedding!

Hi my name is Brandyn, I am the owner and founder of Dolce Bella Luxury Italian Ices! We are a dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan company with limited sugar-free and kosher options as well! We are a luxury Italian ice cart that proudly caters to the five bouroughs including the Hamptons and Montauk. Dolce Bella Luxury Italian ices does it all from birthdays to bridal and baby showers to weddings and backyard events, no event is too big nor too small!
