With over 15 years of experience, my foundation was built in Mexico’s luxury hospitality scene, spending more than a decade in high-end resorts and destination venues. I later expanded globally, working in Forbes 5-Star hotels, major cruise lines, and luxury concepts across Mexico, the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S., including Chicago. Through Cocktail Evolution, I deliver refined technique, seamless execution, and elevated cocktail experiences for weddings where every detail flows.

I began my work as a barista when I moved to Chicago from Florida for my BFA. I fell in love with the energy of the city and of my little shop. From drink design to customer service to simple conversations that left all involved with a grin. Sadly, that little shop closed and I decided to make the move from coffee to cocktails. I spent the next year working my way from bar back to main bartender. With my new title came new adventures in event coordination, and cocktail design. Which brings us to today, where I have the privilege of working with couples to create unique drinks that have their guests coming back for more.

We were established in 2016 to help bring bar service to the forefront and to help couples and all of our clients realize that the bar service should not be an after thought. It can truly make or break a celebration and we all want to provide the best experience from start to finish. We worry about the bar so you don't have to. We also love hosting private events such as cocktail making classes and other workshops for bridal & wedding celebrations.
