Chef Jazzy is the private chef behind Anjahles Cali-Caribbean Cuisine, a special events-focused catering company blending fresh California ingredients with soulful Caribbean flavors. What began as a small pop-up in a Los Angeles park grew into a celebrated concept featured in the LA Times, Infatuation, Food Network’s “It’s Compliplated,” and Food & Wine. Today, she creates custom menus with plant-based and traditional options, happily accommodating all dietary needs so every guest feels cared for. With a background in anthropology and culinary arts, she loves turning each couple’s love story into a memorable meal.
