“We recently had a wedding rehearsal dinner at Gallifords. We are not from the area and the wedding venue gave us a list of suggestions for the rehearsal dinner. We tried several other venues but was most impressed with Gallifords. Initially we were skeptical about having the event at the zoo. Gallifords was the most accommodating of any other restaurant. The private function room came with a private patio with views of the zoo. We had three staff members take care of our event. The food was outstanding. The staff was beyond outstanding and made the event even more special.”

We went in to this tour thinking we were gunna book elsewhere but the cocktail hour space took our breath away! Anne (our coordinator) and all the staff that day never let a detail go, they were attentive without being overbearing. They handled the few issues we had quietly & efficiently. Once we picked the date and the wedding got closer, we were paired with our event producer, Daniella Cimino. Daniella was nothing short of exceptional throughout our whole planning process. She made sure that all of our questions were answered, that we felt confident in the timeline of our day, and made sure to go over even the smallest of details to make sure that nothing was missed. We truly cannot thank Daniella and the event staff at The Villa enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, and hard work to ensure our day was picture-perfect. “I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Our experience with The Lakehouse—especially with Daniella—was nothing short of incredible. From the very start, when we were just debating whether to choose them as our venue, they were beyond helpful in finding a date and time that worked best for my now-husband and me. We're from Massachusetts but currently living in Arizona, so you'd think planning a wedding from across the country would be difficult. Not with Daniella. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt like I was getting the full red carpet experience despite the distance. She was always available to hop on a call, pulled strings behind the scenes to make everything perfect, and honestly felt more like a best friend throughout the entire process. I seriously begged her to just join the party at one point! If you’re on the fence about choosing The Lakehouse—do it. It’s worth every single penny. I could list a million things that went wrong during the overall planning process and even on the wedding day, but none of it had anything to do with Saphire Event Group. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Aubre and Cortney. While I didn’t work with them as closely as I did with Daniella, I met them the morning of the wedding and they instantly made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They advocated for me when I needed it, provided reassurance, and made me feel like I was their top priority the entire day. And yes—it rained on my wedding day. But I loved this venue so much that being inside didn’t even faze me. The transition from the outdoor setup to the indoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was absolutely seamless. I honestly don’t know how this team operates with such perfection, but I’m telling you—they do. Thank you all for making me feel so supported and at home during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. And Daniella—a huge thank you for all your care, support, and empathy during the MAJOR bumps in the road. I truly don’t know what my wedding day would’ve looked like without you, I probably would've convinced Bryan top elope instead. One hundred time over, thank you SOO much Daniella, you're made for this. Your humanity went a long way for me and its because of you my day was perfect. LOVE YOU ALL!!! ps.. I'd like to add how attentive the servers and bartenders were. I saw them very little, however, when I did encounter them they were super kind and there to do one thing - amazing customer service. Amy helped us to plan and select details, and gave suggestions and lots of encouragement. With her help we were able to plan a wedding for 200 people in 7 months! She is a kind and wonderful person to work with and helped our wedding day run smoothly.
