From all out BBQ buffets, to the taco bars, to plated dinners of any kind, we have it all and can do it just about anywhere. We also specialize in appetizers, cheese and dip presentations, and stationed hors d'oeuvres. All dietary restrictions can be compensated for and we are happy to oblige.

TRAIL BREAK launched 8+ years ago and we were lucky to quickly find our schedule FULL during those first few years (and every season since) due to our casual yet professional approach to this business! We are a crew that clearly has fun at events (we'd have to given that we roll up with a giant, bright, plaid-wrapped trailer). We’ve put our own twist on Icelandic-style hot dogs that have guests raving about being the best they’ve ever had. While our traditional menu is designed to please, we’re happy to collaborate with you on any custom options or unique menu items that’ll make your day truly special (caviar dogs, anyone?). Hi! We are Cassie & Taylor, owners of Boards And Bites. Our love for charcuterie, event planning, creativity, and our beautiful friendship, naturally led us to create Boards And Bites. We craft beautifully handmade charcuterie grazing tables, grazing tables + bites, charcuterie cups, and even dessert tables! Our services are entirely customizable, allowing us to perfectly tailor every detail to the individual desires, themes, and personal style of each couple on their special day.

Established in 2017, we started as a distillery and then expanded to include a restaurant and catering services. St. Johnsbury Distillery spirits are distilled right in our facility in beautiful St. Johnsbury, so our bar services are a uniquely Vermont experience. Our president and co-founder is also our amazing head chef and he has spent years crafting a delicious menu that includes some important wedding staples, as well as some unique recipes too. Our restaurant and tasting room serves as a great location for rehearsal dinners, showers, and more intimate weddings too!

The Rooted Anchor offers personal chef catering services, using only local and sustainable ingredients. With over 15 years of experience, we pride ourselves on providing a memorable experience that highlights sustainability. *PLEASE NOTE*: $500 minimum for small parties/apps only! All other menus are priced at $65-$100+ per person.

For over 40 years, Pauline's has carefully crafted seasonally-inspired menus that highlight local ingredients. A hidden gem located in South Burlington, Pauline's offers a variety of different brunch, lunch, dinner, and bar packages, with plenty of vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options. Our venue can seat up to 40 guests and we are able to accommodate off-site catering requests for up to 150 guests, perfect for your next event!
