She was flexible, realistic about budgets, and had great suggestions and answers to our questions. After our initial Zoom call, she sent us a vision document that included a lot of the wishes we had mentioned and visuals of what she was thinking. It was the most detailed proposal we got from any vendor in the whole wedding process! We were beyond impressed. We had follow up calls and emailed back and forth about wedding color updates, Pinterest Boards, venue pictures, etc. Christine was prompt in her responses. The flowers on the day of our wedding blew us away. They were absolutely stunning and exactly what we had pictured. Everything was delivered, set-up, and cleaned up flawlessly and on-time. Importantly, if there were any issues day-of, we didn’t hear about it or take on any of that stress (though with her careful planning, I bet there weren’t any fires to put out!) While these sound like boring logistics, all of this professional preparation on N&V’s part saved us a ton of time and stress wedding planning. “Hire Tracy!!! She is an absolute dream to work with. From our first meeting, she was sweet, detailed, and genuinely wanted us to be happy. We put a lot of trust in her since we know nothing about florals, shared some inspiration, and she ran with it and exceeded every expectation. The colors and arrangements were stunning, especially our ceremony backdrop pieces, which popped beautifully in photos, they made every shot glow and brought so much life to our pictures. So many of our guests keep telling us how amazing our flowers were. Her attention to detail extended to everything, from the adorable bud vases she used for smaller arrangements, the wrap on the bouquets, to the unique boutonnieres. Tracy was super responsive throughout the process, offered ways for us to be involved if we wanted, and went above and beyond to make everything look incredible. “The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

Any questions or additional florals I needed (which was a lot) she replied in a very timely manner and with upmost care, never making me feel like I was a bother. Now onto the florals.
