I began my filmmaking journey all the way back in middle school (which is further back than I care to admit), making silly videos with my friends. Growing up, my Dad was a DJ and I had the opportunity to familiarize myself with the wedding industry. In my career as a technical director, I've gained experience with what can go wrong and how to fix it as well as staying up to date on the latest and best technology. When Covid hit, I had the opportunity to help several churches get set up to produce quality livestreams of their services. Now, with the help of my amazing team, I'm happy to provide a way for you to professionally share your special day with loved ones who may not be able to celebrate with you in person!

My name is Chief and I'm the founder of Chief the Creator. This business came about from my passion for shooting and capturing stunning imagery. After freelancing over 9-10 years as a Wedding Cinematographer and Photographer, I have finally achieved the dream of opening my own studio. Elm AV is Chris Blose. I’ve been happily married for ten years and loving living in Lancaster. My approach when working on wedding films is to focus on getting the best possible coverage of the ceremony and reception and working out from there. Every couple has their own unique story, I want to capture their wedding day in a way that represents their own style. With ten years of experience working in television and with video production companies, I like having quick turn around times when possible. Wedding videos are great! They are incredible to work on, and it’s wonderful being able to share something so special.

Justin is the owner of the company and manages sales, customer service, and operations. He grew up in the Philadelphia suburb of West Chester and has lived in this area all his life. He attended college in Philadelphia and received his Bachelor of Arts from Temple University in Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Mass Media in 2003. He then went on to complete his Masters in Business Administration at Penn State University in 2006. After forming Valley Creek Productions in 2005, Justin shot over 350 weddings, events, and corporate videography projects.
