They were easily able to accommodate my celiac disease and other guests' dietary restrictions and create a delicious menu that worked for everyone, even working with a gluten free bakery to help with our cookie table. Our guests are still talking about how great the pasta was! A special touch was when a staff member brought my husband and I a little plate of appetizers as soon as we finished our family photos.
