Heartland of Versailles is a romantic 1886 Victorian estate that radiates casual elegance and tranquil charm. It sits on 30 acres of idyllic woodland lawns with the arched relics of its former carriage house as a perfect backdrop for a one-of-a-kind wedding! Heartland of Versailles offers three packages for your wedding experience: Elopement, Small Weddings and Traditional Weddings. All packages include use of both the home for dressing and photographs and gorgeous outdoor grounds. Housed in a former bus depot & inspired by the original architecture of the space, Clerestory was created to meet a need for large events. With an open layout surrounded by walls of original windows, our vision was to keep a nod to the origins of the building while accommodating up to 350 people in a fresh, elevated, yet industrial space. We simply cannot wait to host you & your guests.

Founded in 2012, West Sixth Brewing is located in a 100 year old building called the Bread Box, historically used for the Rainbo Bread Factory, in Lexington, Kentucky. We brew, can and bottle our beer out of this location We pride ourselves on the craft beer we make and having a positive impact on the communities we're a part of. The Barrel Room is our private event space in the brewery that we use to store all of our barrels of wild and sour aged beers. It is a casual space, with tile floor, and walls, with seating for up to 75 people. Although it is unconditioned, usually is very comfortable in the winter. In the summer, however, it can get hot! But if you want an easy place to host a party, with the atmosphere of the brewery, that's the place to do it. This room is equipped with a private bar.

The Tucker Homestead is a beautiful historic home with history and elegance dating back to 1910. The setting is on a large farm that is surrounded by rolling hills and knob land. From the house, to the beautiful log cabin located adjacent to the house, large mature trees, landscaped grounds, the spacious patio with a fireplace makes a perfect setting and backdrop for your special day. An additional house is provided for the bride and her bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done. The bride then comes to the Homestead house to get into her dress for first looks and photos. The groomsmen have a beautiful Log cabin to get ready in and await the time. There are different packages to accommodate your wedding guest list. Caron Tucker, the owner is on the grounds at all times to make sure your day is stress free and to make sure everything goes smoothly. Stableview Hall - Seats 300 An indoor ceremony and reception space originally built as a holding area for Thoroughbreds prior to auctions. Stableview Hall seats 300 guests and features exposed rafters, white brick walls, concrete floors, market lighting, original barn wood, bridal suites on-site, heating, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy. The Horseman's Lounge - Seats 125 An indoor ceremony and reception space. The Horseman's Lounge seats 125 guests and features hardwood floors, vintage chandelier, large original fireplace, heat and A/C, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy. The Paddock - Accommodates 200 An outdoor ceremony and reception space. The Paddock accommodates up to 200 guests for ceremony or cocktail hour and up to 150 guests for a seated reception. The Paddock features a whimsical archway entrance, wishing well, scenic view of rolling pastures, bridal suites on-site, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy.

Beautiful 5000 sq. ft. wedding barn with indoor heating and air conditioning. Our property includes an outdoor pavilion space connected to the barn for those couples who wish to have their ceremony outside and reception indoors. Rainy wedding day? That’s no issue! We have enough seating for 200 guests and include table linens and use of our in house decorations for free with your venue rental.

Copper Roux is the PERFECT location for your next occasion! The space offers a contemporary design with rustic elements inspired by all things Kentucky, bourbon, and horses! Copper Roux is equipped with full AV capabilities including projection, TVs, microphones, and house sound. The space can accommodate 100-150 guests for a seated event or up to 180 cocktail style. Facility rental includes tables, chairs, linen, set up and clean up. Bayou Bluegrass Catering is the exclusive food and beverage provider for our venue, known for our delicious food and outstanding service!

The West Sixth Farm is our 125 acre property off 127 in Franklin County. Here we have two venues: The Flat is a beautiful Kentucky farm wedding venue (holds up to 500 ppl) up at the top of the hill. We also have two canopies — one smaller and one larger covered structures with picnic tables, with the largest next to the taproom and the smaller one just a quick walk away in the shade - perfect for birthdays, friend gatherings, office parties, and more. The Taproom is only available for rent on weekdays that the Farm is closed to the public.
