We are close enough to the city that there are several hotels just a few miles away, yet far enough into the country to enjoy the privacy of being surrounded by nothing but trees, cornfields, and wildflowers. Our Venue features a beautifully outfitted 1902 modern farmhouse that is home to the bridal suite and grooms room. Most receptions take place in the main barn, a late 1800's historic structure. Attached to the main barn is the "White Room" which features and indoor/outdoor bar with exquisite views.

Where elegance and frugal unite. The Davis-Shai House is a historical 1861 Gothic Revival home/venue that offers classic charm that marries elegance with affordability. Our Camelot room offers large windows with natural light, a gorgeous crystal chandelier and views of the front gardens. The Fairview room has a fireplace, glass doors to join the Camelot room and doors that open to the outdoor veranda and front gardens. In-house catering or preferred caterer with a variety of menu options to select. Our menu options include plated lunches and dinner, English teas, and party packages (light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers), as well as bar service. All event rentals include: indoor tables, chairs, all table linens, centerpieces, glassware, drinks, set up and clean up, and friendly staff and volunteers. We can accommodate up to 125 seated guests inside and 350+ outside. Tent rental is available if needed. Please inquire if you are intersted in hiring our professional photographer.

Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

The Ballroom at Union Square is a historic space located downtown Newark. Originally built in 1902 originally as a dance hall the venue was renovated and re-opened in 2016 as a concert hall. To our surprise couples began booking weddings and to date we have hosted more than 50. The venue is three stories and features the main ballroom, two full service bars, a full service kitchen, changing rooms, and onsite accommodations for the couple.

Nestled on our 4 generation family farm, The Homestead of Radnor, offers a great combination of rustic, bright, and natural elegance. Located in Delaware, Ohio, our beautiful, all season venue is decorated in a neutral yet elegant, modern farm house style that can easily be adapted to fit your unique decor. Our venue can seat up to 300 people indoors. In addition, guests have the option of venturing outdoors to the beautiful paver patio with Edison lights/cocktail tables and manicured lawns which overlook our partially wooded ceremony site and 100 acres of rolling farm fields. Couples are more than welcome to utilize the outdoor space to set up games or other activities to allow your guests to spread out. There are picturesque views from every angle that change with the seasons. If you need more space for larger group events, tents could easily be set up outdoors. The possibilities are endless!

The business actually began back in 1981 with roasting a pig over an open fire in the back yard for a class reunion. We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

In 2016, Cedar Grove’s owners, Kevin and Julie Claus, were sitting on the porch of Stillwater Lodge with some friends, gazing upon their 65-acre property. With 6 cabins and 2 lodges running smoothly, it was time to start planning for their next adventure. They talked about their 3 children growing up on the property, and reminisced on how so many milestones were celebrated. With all their kids growing up, they talked about them finding love and how wonderful it would be to see them married on the property where they shared so many memories. That was the day the dream began! Kevin quickly grabbed a napkin and feverishly started scribbling sketches of a large lodge that could hold all of their friends and family, celebrating the futures of their children. In true Claus fashion, they did not let this vision pass them by, and got to working on the lodge right away.
