Jordan is truly the up-do queen. At my trial, the updo she created survived walking around outside in a windy rainstorm, which honestly says it all. It was intricate, secure, and beautiful. On the wedding day, when I mentioned wanting it slightly higher, she immediately said she had been thinking the same thing — and adapted it flawlessly. My hair lasted nearly all night, which is no small feat considering it’s down past my hips. Every single person in my bridal party had a style that was tailored to flatter them individually, and timing was smooth and effortless. Jordan is also incredibly kind, funny, and just genuinely great to be around.
Temia did a fantastic job understanding my vision, which lived somewhere between snow queen, Old Hollywood glam, and a touch of 2016 energy — not exactly a simple ask. She made the process feel relaxed and fun, and the final look photographed beautifully, especially for my bridesmaids and the mothers, who all looked absolutely phenomenal. I’m very fair and cool-toned (which can be tricky), and Temia was great about adapting where needed — for example, correcting contour on the wedding day based on feedback from the trial. My makeup held up well overall, with the exception of lipstick (definitely bring a backup and some makeup wipes for touchups — which is good advice no matter who you book!).
The morning-of energy was chill, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. We felt completely taken care of, and nothing ever felt rushed or stressful.
