The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. “We loved working with Black Radish for our wedding. Sarah was by far the most communicative out of all of our vendors and was such a pleasure to work with. They were easily able to accommodate my celiac disease and other guests' dietary restrictions and create a delicious menu that worked for everyone, even working with a gluten free bakery to help with our cookie table. Our guests are still talking about how great the pasta was! A special touch was when a staff member brought my husband and I a little plate of appetizers as soon as we finished our family photos.
