Thank you for your interest in River Pointe Ranch. We charge $6,000 with a $500 damage deposit. After your event I will write you a $500 check as long as nothing major is damaged. So you're only paying the $6000 for our venue. You get a Friday set up, all day Saturday till 11pm and a Sunday afternoon cleanup. We have a bar that is available. You are welcome to hire a bartender and/or server. We have many extras including tables, chairs, bridal suite, PA systems, DJ lighting, stages, arbors, and access to our decor closet at NO EXTRA COST that is listed in our contract and on our website that other venues charge extra to use. We do not cater weddings but have a list of vendors you can choose from or bring your own catering company. We also DJ events and work as a Day of Coordinator at no extra charge. A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.

Serving as a world class studio since 1983, the Castle now doubles as an event venue! Most gatherings held at Castle Events and Weddings take place outdoors, with the grand entrance playing host to ceremonies. Chairs are set up on the lawn for guests, so they can make the most of the warm Tennessee sun. We can accommodate up to 300 guests depending on how the Castle grounds are utilized. On the top floor of the building there are two get-ready rooms and a full bath typically used by the bridal party. The groomsmen usually hang out downstairs where there are a couple of lounges, a full kitchen, and a half bath. Across the property there are countless unique backdrops for wedding photos.
