Located on 40 acres of scenic land in Jefferson County, Florida. The Oaks consists of a Main house as well as a Guest House. The spacious Main House is 10,000 square feet and has 9 bedrooms / 8 1/2 bathrooms, along with a banquet facility that seats up to 100 people! And if that isn't enough space, the Guest House is an additional 4 bedrooms/ 3 1/2 bathrooms totaling 2,500 square feet. Both properties have wooden verandas located on the exterior of each building, with large and open backyard lawns.

Nubbintown Farms is a 1500 acre working farm. We offer full weekend rentals of both our wedding venue and lodging. Our couples enjoy the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere of the farm. Couples can host rehearsal & rehearsal dinner with no additional cost. We are eager to help make your wedding day one to remember!
