Growing up, my Dad did wedding photography (on film!) and did that all throughout my childhood. Eventually, I got to tag along with him and he realized I had a natural eye for a good shot. Whenever I do weddings now, it always makes me nostalgic for the days I got to spend learning from him. Years later, he gifted me my first camera. I've designed and planned large production weddings with up to $1 million dollar budgets, and I've averaged somewhere in between. I even wrote a book about how to plan "The Best Wedding Ever". I am the quality assurance of our team and all of our clients. We decided to name our business Exodus Sound Company because it is always our goal to walk our own path as entertainers. We’re going exciting places that are uncharted in the wedding entertainment business. The journey of the last few years has led us to a new kind of business. My interest in photography sparked when I was young as I watched my dad photograph everything around him. I asked for my first camera when I was 8 years old, and from the first moment it was in my hands, I couldn't put it down. I photographed EVERYTHING from bugs to people to Beanie Babies, filling shoeboxes with negatives and little 3x5 prints. After coloring "backdrops" on notebook paper for each beanie babie and having a full-on photo shoot, I knew photography would be a part of my life forever. :P I photographed my first wedding in November, 2008: over 200 weddings, 7 countries, and 20 states later, and I am still loving every second.

She has worked on runway shows from Washington, D.C. to San Francisco, CA and is a former makeup artist for the television show "Doctors on Call." "My goal is the utmost satisfaction of each client. Every client is beautiful and I love having the opportunity to help them really shine," - Sarah.

A few years ago we opened Hank’s as a neighborhood restaurant, bar and cafe. Located in the Windsor Park neighborhood of Austin, we offer everything from California style comfort food like grain bowls and gourmet burgers to fresh seafood, wood grilled salmon. We make everything in-house, including bread, pastas and pastries. We recently started Hank’s Catering to help make it easier for all those Hank’s out there that love to throw tons of parties to take away the burden of cooking and allow even the hosts enjoy the parties they throw just like their guests do.

He also provides perfect music selection during the dinner portion and can also provide a DJ set if everyone wants to get on the dance floor!
